Metaplanet to establish holding company in the US? | メタプラネットが、米国に持株会社を設立か！？
株式会社メタプラネット（3350）は25日、米国フロリダ州において新たに完全子会社である持株会社「Metaplanet Holdings」を設立し、既存の米国子会社「Metaplanet Treasury Corporation」の親会社にすると発表したそうなのですがこれで何をしようとしているのかが見どころですね。

(3350) announced on the 25th that it will establish a new wholly owned subsidiary, holding company "Metaplanet Holdings," in Florida, USA, and make it the parent company of its existing US subsidiary "Metaplanet Treasury Corporation." It will be interesting to see what they plan to do with this.
