Messi and Alba put on a show!!!

Who watched last night game Barcelona vs Celta vigo ?

What a game!!!! Amazing performance by Messi yet again like every other day. I think the superlative to describe this little genius is getting less and less. we are almost out of words to describe his quality and last night he scored two beautiful goals and provide one out of this world assist to Jordi Alba and playing just under 60 minutes.

Barcelona needed to avoid defeat or a high-scoring draw to progress in the second leg of their Copa del Rey round of 16 tie against Celta Vigo after a 1-1 draw in the first leg. However Lionel Messi and Jordi Alba were in irresistible form and had the hosts 3-0 up after just 28 minutes. Luis Suarez then got in on the action and Ivan Rakitic put the icing on the cake late on.
so final score was 5 to nil (6-1 in aggregate).

But the partnership between messi and alba was something to admire. Do you remember What Lionel Messi once had with Dani Alves, he appears to have discovered with Jordi Alba. The pair of left-footed La Masia products have developed something like a telepathic understanding. Alba provide two assist to messi and score one but guess who provided assist to his goal? Messi of course. The through pass that cut all the defenders at least 5 to 7 of them, and the timing, omg it was such a beauty. you need watch it on youtube if you haven't already. Messi have already scored 16 goals in 18 games and provided 7 assists and that is only counting La Liga matchs. All together he have score 24 goals and 8 assists in 29 games this season. This is his best start so far. He could easily go 50+ goals again. what do you think? will he break his own record of 91 goals in calendar year? will he win Fifa ballon d'or 2018?
