How I joined steemit [8]

I previously talked about how I finally bought my first smartphone and how I informed my steemit mentor about it, he was very happy that I finally bought a phone for myself, steemit really made me to work harder and buy this phone so that I can join the platform and confirm how legit it is. I did sent alot of things to the phone and I downloaded done apps as well.

I just needed to take the phone to a far distant place from my home so that there can be a good network. I kept on trying my best to register but the Am not a robot verification was always starting afresh and I wasn't happy at all, each time it manages to work I will receive code in my phone inbox late and one day this happened repeatedly until I was told to continue the next day since I have reached the request code limit for that day.

I was calm for some moment but I didn't successfully do it the next day because the phone battery was low so on the 6th day of April 2022, I went to the church in the early morning to attend morning mass and immediately the mass ended I took my phone from where I was charging it then I quickly started the registration process again because there was strong network in the church.

I was very confident that it will work this time around. I went through the process step by step then I finally did everything in the first stage, i was so excited but I was still calm because it wasn't totally successful that moment. I downloaded the PDF file of my keys and I opened it, copied the posting key and successfully logged in to steemit. The joy in my heart was so massive, this was a journey that started at the middle of December 2021 and I finally arrived at my destination.

I left the church and messaged my friend on WhatsApp on the way, it was when I arrived home I saw his reply. My mentor was very happy with me because he's now convinced that I can finally be a full-time steemian. He told me the next thing to do before posting some of the things I have already prepared to post, is to start my achievement 1 post and he gave me two steemians achievement 1 post to look at them and have an idea of how achievement 1 posts looks like.
