What is BETA ZERO?

BETA ZERO is the first official beta release of MEGACITY. Invitations to join begin in February 2020.

MEGACITY is a free-to-play social arcade set in a dystopian sci-fi universe. Get a taste for that universe by checking out the video below:

Features of BETA ZERO

This initial MEGACITY release includes a core set of features - both gaming and social - that will provide the basis of the platform. While the aim is to have a variety of arcades by the end of 2020, BETA ZERO boasts several games including the flagship TRADING SIMULATION.

Social features include THE FEED, CHAT, TIPPING, and more. With the release of BETA ZERO comes a host of items available in the MEGASTORE - COMMON, UNCOMMON, and even RARE.

In BETA ZERO, you are able to:

  • play games
  • earn tokens
  • export your earnings to blockchains such as Steem
  • socialize with others
  • publish posts to THE FEED
  • cross-post content to Steemit
  • receive tips for your content
  • purchase and win items using ETH, STEEM, and more
  • join affiliations
  • rise in the ranks of MEGACITY

Future beta versions will roll out features continuously. Many new features and abilities are on the roadmap, to be released throughout 2020.

What platforms is MEGACITY available on?

MEGACITY: BETA ZERO is available on the web at https://megacity.gg, and recommended for use on both mobile and desktop. Both iOS and Android apps are slated for release later in 2020.

How do I get an invitation?

Early invitations will primarily be sent to those who have pre-registered for MEGACITY, beginning the week of February 10, 2020. Invitations will continue to go out throughout the months of February and March.
