Meditation | Meditation step by step: it is a journey of your own!

I still remember my first approach to meditation that I think it was similar for many of you, I'm talking about 10-15 minutes after Yoga. Often we approach to meditation after starting to take care of our body and our balance more generally, through the practice of Yoga. It can happen after being changed radically in deep, by a shock (resulting advent of consciousness), or maturing spiritually in life.

With a little irony that I remember in yoga class sessions, one of the most “satisfying moments and victorious” was precisely the one in which the teacher or the teacher of Yoga proclaimed the end of hostilities. At the end we were rewarded with a few minutes of meditation, seated or lying even better, enjoying all the vital energy circulating in our bodies. I did not mean that yoga is a bad thing eh! However, we say that besides his appearance so sweet and kind, requires a waste of energy, physical strength and concentration not negligible; So appreciate the “orgasms” energy products from it that flow throughout the body is pure pleasure.

But between few minutes at the end of a yoga session or those first minutes tried at home with a thousand thoughts that attack the calm of a beginner, what is the way to meditate deeply and with costance to appreciate then the results? But especially for those who listen to? What is the best technique? Who is the teacher or Guru smarter to follow? Which web site, video tutorial or book you can shoot at once in connection with the whole? Not easy to answer these questions.
The article you are reading is one of the longest in this blog and I decided to divide it into 5 pages / sections, including the current one. You can read the other one checking them in my profile ;) Al the best
