Awesome, followed! I can attest to this, I used to push my body to extremes throughout whole days, and when I hit a wall I would stop to meditate and feel enough recovery to keep pushing. It was the best thing to help recover. I’m also writing on meditations, feel free to check out my blog for some meditation techniques. Best!
