Complete yielding during meditation

When I pray I yield my complete self to the creator of all existence who we have given the name of God, which I also call he/she/it all things. I am lying down because I leave this physical realm to converse and be in the presence of God. So, if you see me laying down praying/meditation, instead of on my knees do not judge me as being dishonorable or disrespectful to the almighty creator. For I am offering all of my mind, body, and spirit to my beloved creator. I believe it’s about the thoughts/consciousness more than the movements because if your consciousness is in sync/connected with God the actions will no doubt follow. Some people are so caught up in rituals that they forgot that God knows the difference between conscious connection and just going through the movements. I hope that I am not misunderstood about what I am sharing, instead, being understood. 🌎❤️
