The marketing, although we think is something new in the world, it's actually old, to many people had used marketing in the past, since the Chinese Empire too many time before Jesus to The Pope in the Catholic Church to get more followers and believers.

Sometimes we think that marketing is real easy, but isn't, marketing can make you successful, but a bad strategies of marketing can kill you too. Yes, just like this. Can kill you.

Take care about all this, it's important in marketing.

The North American, Philip Kotler said “Marketing is a social and managerial process that involves individuals and groups obtaining what they need and want through creating, offering and exchanging products of value with others.” it means that marketing is a human activity that we play to make successful our company, our products, and to put a value to our services. So what, marketing is very important for an organisation.

How could we be good marketers? Easy, if we love what we do, to be a marketer is an easy thing, all we got to know is that a marketer must be innovative, planned, serious in his work, love what he does and above all things, always have an open mind to all the opportunities and threats of the market.

How to take advantage of our opportunities and threats? We need to know that everything in our career as marketers is not going to be always a happy time, there will be moments when all the things we are making for the company are not satisfying our expectations and that's not bad, that's fine, as human, we used to see all the critics moments like bad things, but not. There's not bad, and there's not good, there's just opportunities in this, everything is an opportunity and we need to learn how to take advantage in it.

Love what you do and the ideas will never stop.

When something is going wrong, all we need to know is what did we do wrong? What is not working like it should work? And from there, start a new marketing strategy to make it work, search a solution. For example, we are trying to make successful a new drink, the taste is good, the product is good, but what about the presentation? What about the bottle? If we don't make a good presentation, a good marketing for that juice, do you think than that product is going to be successful in the market? No. Not because people buy things for their eyes and if we don't make a good presentation for our products, we are just been failed. So what, the organisation needs to know that a marketing strategy is very important to the company, is not just about a good product, if we don't sell a good image, we are just doing nothing.

Three things than a marketer need to be…

First at all. Be patience and love what he does because if we don't love what we are doing, we are just losing our time and believe me, that's no good for us and that's not good for the company. The patience is very important, the things is not going to be amazing at the first time.

The second one is that we need to be dedicated with all the things that we are doing, to compromise with our jobs is important to the company, we need to be one, you're the company, you're the product, you're the seller, you're the buyer, you're the customer… satisfy yourself and after that, satisfy the people.

And for last, but not less important… be innovative, create art, create something beautiful, create a need, create a product that people love, create a branding and above all… create an empire with your ideas and make it bigger than everything in life. Don't be a fool, be smarter and see how everything will be good.
