MarketFriday – Lychee season starts
Hi, Steemit!!!
Today is #MarketFriday!!! Each fruit comes the season of its maturation. We noticed that lychees began to ripen on the trees.
Lychee is a very useful fruit so we decided to look them up in stores. Since the season is still at the very beginning, we did not find them immediately.
The price for 1 kg of litchi is 12 euros. This is a lot but we decided to buy 1 package. Still need not forget to buy pita ☺
We really like eating pita with hummus and vegetables.
And of course you need to buy greens and egg tray.

I've never tried a lychee but given the chance, I certainly would! Love pita and hummus!! Lovely post @tali72 and now I really want pita and hummus!! 😊

I've never been to Israel but all of it is available here in my hometown in Maryland. We have a lot of diversity and culture. There is a place here called "Toss" that has excellent hummus and pita. I've never seen lychee but my husband worked in produce many years ago and was very familiar with it.

I have eaten pita and hummus at my mothers house. She used to do incredible things with it. I cut it in triangles and bake it. Then on with the hummus!
The lychees are not something I have ever had, but, I believe my market had some. Now I will recheck and see. I would love to try one!

my husband and I are very fond of lychee. I hope you lychee is much cheaper :) I wrote in euros to make it easier to navigate in price. in fact lychees cost 60 shekels, which is equivalent to 12 euros
