Will Trump pump or dump?

This is a question I am asking myself. After Bitcoin hit $90,000 earlier this week, then it pumped back to $100,000, and now it is just close to $99,000. What can we expect as Trump enters office? Will he pump the market until then, and then it will be a sell-the-news event? Or will we actually see the market pump and with positive crypto rules coming (hopefully), it will keep on pumping?

This is kind of hard to predict, but I know that I would have bought more before the election if I knew that he would win. But, this might be harder, because we all know he will enter office, but we don't know what the effect will be on the market.

Any thoughts?
