Retro-Active Class Action for Wrongful Imprisonment for victimless dope smoking.

in #marijuana8 years ago

As the powers that should not be start repealing the baseless prohibition of a non-narcotic

which has destroyed uncountable lives over the 80 years since #Anslinger, a lobbyist shill for

Dupont, succeeded in criminalizing hemp worldwide, in 1938, we can bring massive

class actions against most governments. Millions of wrongly jailed victims can now hit

the bastards up for huge recompensation. Even posthumously!

When I was a kid there were bill boards saying smoking is good for you.

Coke used to have coke in it. And the pope was on the label of coke sold over the counter!

Meanwhile genuinely dangerous nicotine and alcohol are socially glorified.

Memes mutate but not legal precedent. 100$ a day for wrongful imprisonment

sounds like a ball park figure. Plus a published apology in regional press and

official bulletins. Not just absolution but public grovelling is in order.

I think it is only a matter of time until we get legalisation everywhere.

It seems you missed the take-away here.
A retro-active massive class action based on the original illegality
of outlawing hemp in the first place.
Both alcohol and hemp prohibition are secondary effects of industrial
strategies that have smoothed the Rockefeller's lamp fuel and Dupont's
nylon. The judo/christian guilt-based nonsense caused the prohibitions
to be perceived as morally driven. How childishly easy we are to be
played like farm animals!

I think you misunderstood what I was meaning. Once there is legalisation it will allow people to look back on why there was an outlawing of hemp and marijhuana in the first place.

dear cryptofiend,
again you miss the takeaway, the retribution of millions of wrongfully punished
victims. Not just a shoulder shrug.
We are so hypnotically subjugated by fictional authority that no one here can grasp
the nettle.
Thx ur reply!
