For years pot smokers in college would meet after class to smoke 💨. Class gets out at 4:00pm and it would take about 20 minutes to go back to the dorm, grab your stash and meet your your friends at the “Quad”

Only in Denver on April 20th do you see a guy playing the tuba on a hover board that just crashed into a SUV.
