Oh cool, that makes me feel happy :) yes manuka honey is amazing, just a spoonful a day boosts up the immune system hugely, you can take a lesser strength one for everyday and up it to a quality high strength one if you are around ill or contagious people to help ward off the lurgy, it's fab on any cut or burn, helps to get the skin to grow baby cells, my friend had a 1st degree burn off a pizza oven on hr arm and they thought she'd need a graft as 3 weeks later no sign of improvement, then a nurse said "go but the best manuka you can afford and apply it daily" now she doesn't even have a scar - saved a lot of horrible trauma.
