Hi my friends, how are you?. I hope you are all well. I am also well. So today a great competition called SLC26-W2 | Churros has been presented and it will be a great challenge. Because I have not seen this dish called churros before. So today the opportunity to prepare that dish will be a challenge. But I love to overcome challenges. That is why today I am participating in this competition. By preparing such dishes, we can improve our skills. So I love such activities very much. So now it is my chance to use my skills. Even though I have never prepared these churros, I will try my best to prepare this dish. Okay, without wasting much time, I will present my participation. Today I will make churros according to the competition theme. So this is my first time and I have never made these churros before. So today I have the opportunity. So since I have not made churros before, I also made churros in the same way as the churros presented in the competition. But the shape is a little different. But I think it has the same taste. So today I will make these churros. So I will present you the ingredients needed to make these churros below.

🔲 Step 01
- First I took a clean pot. Then I put the pot on the stove. I added about a cup of water to the pot and added butter to it. So in this way I heated it well.

- Then I let the butter melt well. So when the butter melted well, I added the required amount of sugar and mixed it well for a while.

- In this way, after a short while, when the mixture came to a boil, I added the flour to it and turned off the stove.

- After adding flour to that mixture, the result will look like this. So it will come out like this as a dough. Then it was left to rest for a while.

- After it was well mixed, I added the eggs. Then I added the eggs, then the vanilla and beat well for a while.

- Now I beat the mixture well for a while and made a batter like this. The batter should be beaten well.

- Then I used a piping bag like this to make the churros. I added the mixture to the bag.

- I kept a clean pan on the stove. Then I added oil to the pan and let it heat for a while. Once it was hot, I piped the mixture into small portions like this.

- So, to get the shape of the churros, I piped my mixture into a stick shape like this.

- That way I let the churros fry for a while like this. So I fried them for a while and then fried them until they were golden brown.

- Finally, I fried the churros well, removed them from the heat, and added them to a bowl like this. Then I added a little sugar to it like this and mixed them well.

Yes, actually, my experience after trying churros was very great. Because I had never prepared this churros dish before. So today is my first time. So I am very happy that even though it is my first time, I finally prepared these churros. So today's contest topic is very great. Because I had never seen such a dish in my life. But today I prepared that dish. So the taste of that dish is very great. I love this dish very much now. So I thought of making this dish every day. Because this dish can be prepared very easily. I thought it would be enough for my little hunger.
I love churros very much. Its taste is interesting. My mother also tasted these churros. So she liked it very much. Even though it was my first experience, I made this food very easily and happily. This experience was very great for me. Because I learned a lot of things while making this food. So this course is very great. It can improve our skills. Finally, I want to say that it was a food that I really like.

I actually saw these churros today. And I checked if these churros are available in my country, Sri Lanka. So I heard that these churros are not available in Sri Lanka. But there are several other foods like this. But they are not similar to churros. So I think these churros are not available in my country. So I think there will be a demand for these churros in my country. Because this taste is very interesting, I believe that these churros will have a lot of popularity in my country. Churros are a very tasty food and they can be prepared very easily, so I am sure that this business will be successful. Therefore, I think it would be good if these delicious churros were available in my country.

I love all these courses and I think that in the third week's challenge, I will show you the process of how to make pizza. Because pizza is a very popular food and it will be an accepted food in any country. I think it would be good if all my friends learned how to make pizza. Because it is an expensive food, it is very valuable for us to be able to make it at home. Therefore, I am asking you to present the process of making pizza for the next week's challenge.
This is my participation in this wonderful competition. I think you all will love this churros dish that I made. So, according to the competition theme today, I prepared this churros dish. So, it didn't take me much time to prepare this dish. I prepared this dish in a very easy way using my easy steps. So, although it was a challenge for me to prepare this dish, I thought that I won this challenge in the final process. And I was very happy to see the final result here. We usually eat this food from restaurants.If we can learn how to make pizza at home, it will be very beneficial for us and we will be able to make it in a healthy way.If we can learn the process of making pizza at home, we won't have to spend a lot of money on it and we won't have to go out to eat this food because we can make it at home and eat it.
