SLC26-W2 | Churros.

Welcome to all my Steemit friends in the second week of Steemit Challenge Season 26. In the second week, SLC26-W2 | Churros. Today we will be making Churros in the challenge competition organized by @nahela mam.
Churros are a popular fried dessert, which is quite popular as a breakfast in some countries and as a dessert in some countries. Churros can be made with very few ingredients and in less time. The characteristic of Churros is that it is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It can be topped in various ways according to the customer's needs, but a popular topping for Churros is a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
1 - Make your own churros (include ingredients, quantities and step by step instructions) with my recipe or any other of your choice.
Ingredients needed to make the dough for the churro recipe:

1 cup wheat flour |

1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup water |
Step 1:
- I prepared all the ingredients for making the dough for the churro recipe. I boiled the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla essence in 1 cup water in a pot on the stove. I added 1 cup flour to the boiling water.

Step 2:
- I mixed the flour with water. I made the churro dough by stirring continuously, when it separated from the bottom of the pot, I turned off the heat of the stove.
Step 3:
- Now I kneaded the flour very vigorously to make a soft dough. Now let the churro dough rest for five minutes.
Step 4:
- Now I beat an egg in a bowl. Then I added the beaten egg to the churro dough. Then I stirred vigorously to make a soft dough.

Step 5:
- Now I added a curly nozzle to a piping bag. Then I filled the churro dough into the piping bag.

Step 6:
- Now, I put a lot of oil in a pan on the stove to fry the churros because the churros need to be deep fried. I tied a string to both ends of the pan to cut the churros.

Step 7:
- I kept the heat low and fried the churros until brown, drained the oil, then placed the churros on a tissue to absorb the oil.

- I coated the churros with cinnamon and sugar. It is ready to serve.

2-When you tried the churros, what was your experience like? Did you like them? Explain your answer in detail.
When I tried the churros, my experience was very enjoyable. The first thing I noticed while making the churros was their crispy golden-brown exterior, which gave a satisfying crunch in my mouth with every bite. The churros were soft, light and slightly chewy inside, which created a perfect contrast to the crunchy exterior. The sugar coating dipped in the warm chocolate sauce made the taste even more enjoyable. The smooth chocolate mixture made every bite of the churros taste heavenly. I liked them because they were not overly sweet, but just right to satisfy my sweet tooth. The texture, taste and fun of the churros made the whole experience memorable and enjoyable, which was very enjoyable for me.
3 - Is there a stand or business in your city that sells churros? Tell us.
Churros are not very common in my city, but there are some cafes and street food stalls that sell them, especially near popular markets and food courts. Some fast-food shops and bakeries in my city include churros on their snack or dessert menus because young people like to enjoy them with tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Typically, they are sold in small paper cones, sprinkled with sugar and sometimes served with chocolate or caramel dip. Although churros are not as traditional in my city as in Spain or America, churros have gained popularity as a trendy street food and a fun snack to enjoy with friends on a leisurely basis.
4 - What type of dough would you like to learn for our challenge #3?
For challenge #3, I would like to learn choux pastry dough. This dough is very interesting because it is cooked in the oven before baking or frying, which is different from regular bread or cake dough. I think learning to make this dough will be exciting because it can be used in both sweet and savory recipes. This dough gives it a light, airy texture. I think it will also help me practice new cooking skills like frying and filling desserts.
