I am of absolute belief that one only begins to grow old when one stops learning new things.

When one begins rejecting new ideas and concepts, that's when they begin to age.

My reasoning is on a higher plane, but science backs my theory- when you stop learning your brain does not form new neural connections, therefore the old ones stagnate.
