creo que Tag AI es un proyecto que actualmente esta siendo desarrollado por Where In y es algo parecido a Wormhole.
No me he tomado el tiempo para profundizar en el proyecto, pero puedes conseguir información en la propuesta que ellos hicieron en el DAO
