Very interesting piece @adambarratt. Super important information within this for me right now. You hit onto a lot of great points for me although I didn't watch the video (I don't have the time).
Head: Clarity of vision, navigating, making decisions.
Heart: Understanding intuition, connection, and deeper meaning. "You'll get to where you want in life, just not in the way you imagined".
Hand: Service, passing it on, paying it forward (or back). 'Passion' is for you, 'purpose' is for others.
This segment is brilliant.
I'm also interested in your article on The Chimp Paradox. It was something I had written about in one of my Knowledge Blast's not to long ago. It's great to see our minds follow a similar path.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, the part on the head, heart and hand was interesting to me too and is a good way of putting it (Jay Shetty put it far more eloquently than I did too).
The Chimp Paradox book is an interesting one, covering similar ground. I'll have to check out more of your Knowledge Blasts… I just had a quick scroll down your blog and saw Subtle Art… by Mark Manson which I posted about yesterday and The 10X Rule which is coming up shortly! Haven't read Principles yet but it's on the list.

All brilliant reads. They have a mixture of points which all guide to each other. I think I linked 3 of my knowledge blasts to Principles. When a book hits onto multiple others in a real synoptical view, you know its a powerhouse.
