Autumn grotesque
This plant looked so grotesquely that I could not pass by. It does not look like some kind of dendroid that was put on guard, to guard the forest from uninvited aliens.
This dried plant is both beautiful and ugly at the same time. It is in brown tones, but, it's very bright. Its every feature is thought out to perfection. Every little thing is thought out. Those parts that once decorated the flowers, now look aggressive spikes. In leaves, such veins that they are envied by bodybuilders. They look very impressive.
These leaves can be called wings, or dragon scales.
So many incompatible gathered in one place that it is difficult to imagine how such a thing is possible.
It could well become one of the sculpted heroes that adorn Notre-Dame de Paris.
Also, it looks like a Triffid. Have you read this book? It is called the Day of the Triffids, the author of the novel, John Wyndham. Apocalyptic scenario, in which predatory plants appeared. They moved and hunted people who were blinded by their seeds before that.
Approximately so they looked. Apparently, the author of the book, once found a similar plant and John was born the idea of writing this book.
There would be a desire, and a plot, he is always somewhere near, like this small but interesting plant.
