Hello friends how are you I hope you are great today I am here to take part in an interesting challenge Learning challenge s23w3: "I Love My Body /Jump squats, side squats and lunges (let's build lower body muscles)".

Body fitness is very important and I guess we are ignoring it especially me I don't find enough time to do exercise although it's needed to stay fit for myself and also for my beloved family.

Lower body fitness is equivalent important as upper because we have to stretch and strengthen leg, thigh and feet etc which can be only possible with the help of exercises.

Two days before I practiced this exercises and to be honest I couldn't do third one that is lunges I was with fast and I couldn't do it today I decided to complete it.

Jump squat.

The first exercise I have jump squats it was to jump and just like sitting position then to raise body hahah it was looking easy but you know it was difficult to perform.

Although after performing I found it continued it I can strengthen my thigh and leg muscles but to be very honest I tried it after many efforts and it seems not so easy.

Side squat

Side squats was not so difficult to perform as I have to move one leg and then similarly performed on the other leg. I fixed one side of my feet as couldn't fall and moved the other leg and put pressure come back to original position I do it on the both sides.

I felt this exercises very effective as lower body is mostly used in walking and other activities and through this exercise I could stretch it well and strengthen it.

Lunges.

Well first I practiced it so that I can do it without falling down because I have to work on one leg of hope bending in front and also in backwards direction and the centre angle was of 90 and It was interesting to do in first attempt I was about to fall then I recorded video again.

The same was practice on the other leg and I felt my legs are tired and feeling pain in thigh region because it requires not only arm pressure but also on the leg sides

At the end of the program, what is the overall feelings and where did you feel the pains the most?

Well respected professor I admire your fitness level how lovely you performed it for teaching us and you know it was not easy to perform I felt pain in lower leg and also in thigh.as because of fasting I felt so thirsty uffff but it was interesting to do my pain would be resolved in one to two days.

But we should do these exercises just to remained fit and healthy like you I wish I can build stemina just like you Masha Allah.

I must admit that this is the most intensive program I've had for the week, the effect of this program has gone too far that the whole muscles in my quadriceps are still in great pains.

My overall feeling are good and I am thankful to my dear professor whose efforts enabled me to do exercise for better health and fitness.

Why do you think you personally need these programs? Explain

Yeah such exercises should be part of daily life and I have come to know why my stemin is less and I felt tired because I didn't do exercise and most of the time we are using lower body regions.

Through this exercise I can run fast walk with more energy and can do more work which I couldn't do as my lower body strength is weak obviously such programs are source of motivation and also inspiration and I can do it with more energy and in return I get better and more strong muscle with fitness.

In the last I would like to say special thanks to @ngoenyi and @genomil for such useful learning challenge and give us chance to think where our body is standing and how much exercises we really need to be live fit and healthy.
