Fill in Your Own Cup First

Every time on the plane when the flight attendant announces about putting on your mask first and then assisting your child, I keep nodding, because it is the only right thing to do.
.
But later after the flight, this realization disappears, and I move into assisting someone else without having enough oxygen for myself 🤔 and obviously it does not work.
.

Grateful these past months that my trip to Delhi and Bali helped to get this realization deep enough once and for all. 🤩

Here is to filling in my own cup always first and getting enough oxygen, because I do want to assist as many as I can.👀❤️
