So there's a dump truck with ALL the hats you could ever wear for your spouse.
As a husband, there's
The Protection™ hat...
The Counseling™ hat...
The Roughneck™ hat...
The Confidant™ hat...
The Cheerleader™ hat...
etc.
Merging lives together in marriage will provide adventurous amounts of situations where KNOWING which hat to wear for your spouse and FULLY wearing that hat in the moment elevates your union.
This is a two way street.
The best way to wear the hat and the best way to KNOW or be AWARE of which one is to as often as possible,
DIMINISH EGO.

Our EGOs largely travel and reside in our heads...
making them bigger...
and harder for hats to fit.
