Have a me time
spending time alone helps you to discover yourself without the pressure from people. most of the time people are engrossed in their work, responsibilities and how to make ends meet that they forget to take proper care of themselves. Me time is the time spent relaxing on one's own as opposed to working or doing things for others, seen as an opportunity to reduce stress or restore energy.
WHY WE ALL NEED A ''ME TIME''
A) having a me time helps the brain to relax and function properly
B)it allows time for deep thinking thereby putting us in a better position to help others
C) it improve our level of concentration
D) having me time gives space for self discovery
E) it reduces tension and help us to unwind
These are some of the things you can do during a 'me time' to improve yourself physically, mentally and emotionally
1)go for a walk: walking helps in improving your mood and reducing stress level, it also clears your head and makes your happier
2)read a book: this exposes you to new things and helps in self improvement. it also boost your imagination and help you to be more creative.
3)learn a new skill: Learning new skills keeps your interest level high so you don’t get bored as easily. learning skills helps in boosting your self esteem.
4)take a bath: taking a warm relaxing bath can reduce the tension in the body and improves blood circulation. it also helps in reducing stress.
5)watch a movie : This is my favorite of all. watching a movie helps your to relax, laugh and have fun without depending on someone to make your day.
6)do a DIY project: when you create time to make something new for your self in form of a DIY project and completing it, it gives you a satisfying feeling and a sense of accomplishment, it also helps your brain to think outside the box.
