The lyrics of the poet was very nice and captivating but the rhymes are not noticed. It is as if the ability of the lines to rhyme was neglected. It could be that it is my first time to see this thus i don't know how to recite it in a proper way as the composer do. Any way the massage of the poet stand out. The pictures really added effect to what the poetry is all about. Thank you for this.
Hi @blizzo thanks for the comment! You are exactly right. With this free variety of verse, for the most part, rhymes are neglected. In fact, when once becomes used to non-rhymed verse, it will easily become the preference for the expression of deeper sentiment. However, I do often still include internal rhymes, slant rhymes, and true rhymes in this type of writing for their rhythmic effect and their sense of finality. Hope that makes sense.
