Married since 2013

When I got married, I was 21 years old. And I know what many of you are probably thinking right now: "Who gets married at 21 in the XXI Century?", The answer is I did it.

My husband and I are together since I was 19 and he was 21, he was not my first boyfriend, it was not a fairy tales, we just clicked on the right moment of our lives.

After being together for over a year , every day I asked him when it would be the day that we would finally get married and, of course, he ignore the question or respond with the typical "We'll get married when we have a house, car and money ", but let's be honest, we live in Venezuela, here things are not that easy.

One day, God decided to enlighten him and finally he proposed to me.

(And yes, that's me crying like a baby).

Call me crazy if you want, but I know I made the best decision of my life, and it is not that our lives or our relationship is perfect, however, every day we decide to love each other no matter what.

We have lived so many adventures, trips, laughs, jobs, dreams, disenchantments, we were emigrants, we returned to our country and in the process we had our daughter Inés (this story I promise to tell in a future post).

What do I want to tell you when I tell you this story? That no matter how crazy it seems, just follow your heart.

Follow your heart, you will always have people around you trying to convince you that what you do will be crazy, but please, do not stay all your life wondering what would have happened if you had finally tried.

There is no power greater than the power of love.
