Losing weight is difficult at any age, but it can seem daunting to middle-aged people. So many people suffer from changes in metabolic processes, new illnesses, and life stress factors such as more responsibility in work, childcare, and care. This can make it difficult for people to prioritize their health. However, eight of them lost 822 pounds together, indicating that weight loss can be done at any age. They shared tips for success with today.
- Weigh and measure your food.
At age 65, Judy Wilson weighed 431 pounds, was taking two blood pressure medications, and was using sleep apnea. Before losing weight, Moskowitz ate unknowingly. She never thought about how what she ate would affect her health. Since her surgery she knows what she is eating and how she moves her body.
