Look up Challenge Day 7

Intro
Last week my good friend Allison posted on Instagram about a Look up Challenge she was doing. Dr. Katie Penry started The Look Up Challenge. It is a 7 day guided challenge and starts every 7 days.

Dr. Penry talks a lot about mom's and their interactions with their young children. So for you parents out there this is directed specifically to you. I do not have children and I still enjoyed listening to this podcast.

I struggle with social media and how I interact with it and the influence it has in my life so I decided to take the challenge.

DAY 7

Review

Day 1 Goals
Sent picture to Allison and decided to take pictures of what I see when I look up

Day 2 Protected Times and Spaces
Colors were so much more vibrant

Day 3 Personal Inventory
Noticed so many more sounds

Day 4 Notification Negotiations

Day 5 Digital Citizenship
It was great to interact with the people!

What did I get out of this challenge?

A good reminder to put the phone down
Remember: It is a tool for my use.
There is so much beauty all around in the colors, sounds and people.
Look at people... if you can in the eye!
Looking up is good for my posture.
God is good.
I was blessed because Allison shared it with me
I want to share it with my friends and family
This challenge was an answer to Angela and Robin's prayers
I have to get used to wearing a watch again
