Police arrested two Belgian brothers who are allegedly involved in a large-scale unlicensed Bitcoin exchange operation in Belgium. 
Zhao Dong 1982 on LocalBitcoins had been collecting very high commissions for Bitcoin sale transactions.Transacting with large amounts of Bitcoin is generally frowned upon in the market as this is not what localbitcoins are expected, particularly when the sales surpass several thousands of euros.
The police seized Euro 400,000, of which €100,000 was in cash hidden in rubber tyres in garage.
