Face difficulties
First of all, difficulties are inevitable. Without difficulty, there is no manager. In a sense, managers exist to solve difficulties. Isn’t it? The normal thing is to follow procedures and follow the process. Repeated labor will do it. Only when there are new problems and they cannot be solved according to the usual practice or experience, innovations and solutions are needed. There may be risks, which must be approved by the managers before they can be implemented. Sharing of results, shared responsibility. Therefore, managers and difficulties are dependent on each other.
Second, the difficulty is not terrible. When you are hard, it is soft. Moreover, overcoming difficulties is the only way to deal with the difficulties. What's more, the methods are always more difficult than that. If you have confidence and determination, you are willing to exert your energy and have no trouble with the "Flame Mountain." Therefore, difficulties must be overcome.
