What a mess people make. They do it here too... simply drive over and dump their trash (bags full) where I live

Yeah, it's a shame. Here in Spain there are literally piles of trash right next to a dumpster... It's impossible for me to understand. Where are you from?

I am from Holland, same over here... cities the same... people are too lazy to take it back home or walk 3 steps to a bin
