Cool! Thanks for this info...I'll hold onto my LTC a lil' longer then. Do I need to have my LTC sitting on a certain exchange?

Sorry for the late response. To get litecoin cash you have to:

Wait for the fork.
Move your litecoin to some other exchange or address.
Use the private key for the "old" address to claim your Litecoin Cash.
