Unite and the Push for Web3 Mobile Gaming

in #listing4 days ago

As a longtime gamer and Web3 follower, I have seen many projects try to bring blockchain into gaming, most running into the same roadblocks: high fees, complex wallets, and poor user experience.

Unite is one of the latest to take on this challenge, focusing specifically on mobile. It’s a Layer-3 blockchain built on top of L1/L2 networks, aiming for low latency and minimal gas costs at scale.

What stands out is its use of zero-click, self-custody wallets built into games, removing the need for extensions or separate apps. It also uses a custom Oracle Node system to offload much of the logic off-chain, improving performance.

$UNITE recently launched on Bitget, alongside a large token reward event. It’s another sign that exchanges are starting to back infrastructure-oriented gaming projects more seriously.

Unite might not be the first to try this, but it’s part of a broader effort to finally make Web3 gaming accessible and maybe even fun.
