Firstly talk what about kindness. Kindness, the motivation, recognition and enactment of positive actions towards others, is invaluable. I realize this isn’t exactly a monumental act of kindness that is going to change the world, but it will make it a little brighter.but it can really turn my day around to get a genuine smile and acknowledgment from a complete stranger. Try it out sometime! Kindness makes the world a better place. And that’s because it’s simply contagious.
I have seen lot of ladies bullied from social media also. I have talked with them online. First I asked what about her sadness. If I can have any best answer I give to him/ her. Most important we can need to LISTENING. Listen important more than talk. When you listen to people, you show that you respect them and what they have to say. You honor their words and indicate that they are important to you. For people who feel isolated or unimportant, something as simple as listening can boost their confidence and self-esteem.
Than we can tray to be giving. Giving to others is a common notion of kindness.Giving manifests in different ways and is capable of turning someone's life around. Whether it is a money or a full meal, giving as kindness is important.
On the way If I have mistake to other person I every-time say "I am really very sorry" without no more lately. Loving-kindness meditation is as simple as offering positive thoughts to respected, loved, neutral, and hostile people in your life.
