No motivation? Do this!

It's okay to sometimes feel a lack of motivation in our life because as a human it's not possible to make sure we feel motivated all the time. It's not a healthy process too. But we do have to take care of so many responsibilities and we can't afford to sit and relax for several days actually. So What to do when we feel no motivation to do even a single thing?

I would say don't push yourself too much to feel motivated or feel positive during those bad moments. Because no matter what we do sometimes it can't be possible for all of us to make sure we feel motivated. So it's better not to go that way. But it's necessary to find the reason what makes us feel less motivated. But if you don't feel like dealing with the causes right the moment just skip it.

We have to understand that 'no motivation' is something that will take a longer time to go away automatically so we have to put some intentional efforts to make it better.

Try 10 minutes rule. If you feel like you don't want to sit in front of your laptop for several hours to finish a thing, try to sit it at least for 10 minutes to progress it. You can use these ten minutes rule in every other thing in life. Like if it about exercising, studying, or other anything. I think to give 10 minutes or a smaller amount of time to that thing can actually put ourselves into the thing and will gradually make us motivated to finish the thing.

Also, we have to take care of different other things like relaxation sessions, thinking positive, meditation, a healthier lifestyle, communicating with friends, and positive-minded people. What I am trying to say is don't push yourself too hard. It will go automatically but as you have to take care of many other things so doing a small amount of your work can be a clever move, right?
