A Walkthrough On Google workspace As A Medical Virtual Assistant

Hi guys just you are doing fine welcome to my blog today and I am going to tell you my experience on the Google workspace.

Google workspace is actually a big space that has a whole lot of tools to work with as a virtual assistant.
And I already know that some active users and this platform are pro on this tools on the Google workspace.

Some of it includes the chrome, of course I'm using Chrome to type or to access the steemit platform. We also have the Google Doc the Google sheets, forms, Gmail and lots more which are also used by steemians.

I remember vividly well that my first experience of using most of this tools is on steemit. I worked with a lot of creation teams which will also willing to help me understand how to use mostly Google sheets.

So this will always make me remember this platform as the best platform that have educated me on some things I never knew, it has given me some skills which I'm using now, it has also exposed me to many things I didn't know before now.

Anyways it was amazing walking through Google workspace.

These tools are mostly used when working with clients from any part of the country. So while I was trying to brush up my skills, I stopped by to work on this skill, learn them and then use a skill tracker to track my progress and effectiveness or will I say how well I know these tools.

I discover so much in the Google sheet and I already have a prayer knowledge and how to use it instead of this wasn't that challenging.

Aside from using this on steemit as a curator, I remember I used it to work for a client project and the company really appreciated how I arrange the companies work flow and represented it in a chart. My boss was amazed because each month they were able to know their monthly budget the staff abilities and with these we were able to track our annual budgets.

The two I appreciate so much in the Google workspace is the Gemini, I always come here whenever I have any challenge to sculpture a particular tool I'll come here to find out how to go about it and all the information I need use will be given then I'll just need to read up and practise it.

My journey with the ALX virtual assistant program was truly amazing. At this point I am so happy that I am able to get used to some of these skills and tools and I'm already coaching other people are willing to join their virtual assistants program.

People in my team I really enjoy because I give them all their attention they need and you know when it comes to working as a team you have to be very eager and ready to assist and also to learn from others. So I'm able to put up all the skills learnt and I am working fluently with my team without any setbacks.

So ALX advice all its students to document their training on a social media handle and I choose steemit and linkedin to do that.

After going to the Google workspace, ALX ask all the students to play a music that I added to this my post I enjoyed it when I did so and I feel I should also share.

Others may be a champion in Google workspace but I'm so proud to say that yes I did it! I finished learning and exploring everything within the Google workspace despite how broad it is, and I am a champion of Google workspace remember, I am opened for any virtual work that is within this workspace so enjoy the music you too can be a champion.
