A day in my life as a content creator, virtual assistant

Come with me as a content creator let me show you how each day of my life starts and what goes on what happens day by day.

Despite the fact it is not one day story it is a compilation of how my day usually goes some days. Come with me let me show you how I carry out my activities effectively. Most days, I don't have time to take pictures and so I'm going to merge pictures of different days but in all I'm going to tell you what I do on a regular basis every day.

For some months now I have not been posting my assistance journey due to my working schedule but then most of you know that I am a virtual assistant and as such that is what I am.

So after my training as a virtual assistant I've been applying for a jobs and I actually had one which is a volunteer job. So I first of all work as administrative coordinator where I co-ordinate different tasks for the organisation.

And after that volunteer phase was over, I also volunteered with another company as a social media manager I did this so as to again experience in different areas of virtual work.

While doing this I am still concentrating in my duty as a medical virtual assistant assistant in hospital in Philippine to carry out tasks virtually, schedule appointment, communicate with patients, attend to patients technical complaints, transcribing etc. As a virtual assistant my work is to support the organisation whenever they need the help.

On duty

So currently as a social media manager, when I wake up in the morning I arrange my post for the day, design some graphics that I will use for the post and then schedule each post using buffer. So I make post with the companies accounts two times in a day and made meaning comment as well, scheduling this post using buffer really helps me. I also do not forget to update my blog on LinkedIn, so I make posts on a daily basis as well to build my brand.

How about steemit? It is also my duty to take part in engagement challenge, comment and of course of votes on people's posts. So I take all these responsibilities serious and I attend to them on a regular basis.

Have you forgotten that I'm a mum a wife a sister, I never neglect any of my responsibilities I still take care of my family very well. Of course I do attend to their needs, making food, doing dishes, laundry and of course building my spiritual relationship. On a regular basis, I start each day early after enough rest to help me carry out these activities effectively.

So all this is also being done on a regular basis.

Do you think the task is too much? of course I know you do but to me I'm still sourcing for more tasks because I know how to schedule my activities and carry them out very well and still have my rest time.

Do you know the reason? because I am a certified virtual assistant of course we support people and so we are trained on how to adjust our schedule, arrange our calendar fix in all the tasks and make sure it is being done in order of preference.

So as a virtual assistant I don't only support others to carry out their tasks successfully. I also help myself carried out my tasks successfully so I make use of trello which help me to carry out my tax successfully without forgetting what to do in a day.

Also, I'm helping our company plan a training next month August which will also help upcoming virtual assistants. So this training will not be every day, it will be during the weekends and the training is available for teens as well. So how do you intend to spend your summer holiday?
