Health is a priceless treasure. Therefore to stay healthy people willingly do anything. Everything that is practically both medically and non-medical, from logical to supernatural nuances is a variety of efforts made by many people from all walks of life to stay healthy or regain their health.
It is not uncommon the way it is to spend a lot of costs and even rarely crashes into different norms and logic. But actually keeping yourself healthy is not difficult, and sometimes it does not cost at all. But of course it takes extra patience and patience that only a few people can be able to stay consistent. Fruits and vegetables with bright colors are usually high in anti-oxidants. Anti-oxidants are indispensable to the body as they eliminate and ward off free radicals in our bodies that can damage our body cells.
So maybe you need to start consuming vegetables and fruits with different colors, such as; white (Banana, mushroom), Yellow (Pineapple, Mango), Orange (Orange, Papaya), Red (Apple, Strawberry, Tomato, Watermelon), Green (Guava, Avocado, Cucumber, Lettuce, Celery), Purple / Berry, Eggplant, Plum Fruit). - Reduce processed foods and canned foods
Processed food or cans should be avoided for various reasons such as; frequent imperfect nutritional value, added preservatives that can adversely affect health.
