Good morning steemians. Just complete the morning's workout. this session was only for push-ups and Abs.
Push-up
Open chest pushup(10sets, 30 reps each)
Closed chest pushup (10sets,30 reps each)
Abs
25 sets 10 reps
Results
NB//: Never give up on anything. It's been a tough journey. I remember when i started training, i nearly stopped but now the results are visible. But the following rules helped me a lot;
