Misfits?

So I believe there is a standard level of character that we should all have or strive towards.
There is a point beyond that level of character where there should be room to accommodate difference of characters,just the same way different workers have different skill sets that they invest in a firm so also does the society have people with different characters and every different character has a place in the society.
I feel sometimes,we all,unconsciously or consciously,expect everyone to be like us,maybe cos we feel we are of superior characters or cause we are intimidated by a character we feel is superior to ours.
Every one is different and that is the beauty of the world we live in,the diversity in culture,character,opinions,ideas etc
We should all own the person we are,improve ourselves where we can and accommodate other people's differences no matter the inconveniences and we should be confident in ourselves and not apologise for being different though we cant expect everyone to understand us but we can all accept each other's differences .
