I suffered from "weakness" don't know how to explain it but just weak and unhealthy, I took cold showers every day for 2 months and it was the healthiest i've EVER felt.
Lest we forget another negative cold showers give....tiny balls!

I did 5 years of cold showers as I was a uni student in Malaysia and a lot of places for rent only come with cold water as the weather is quite tropical.
Would love to get back into the habit but living in the uk makes that a horrible thought :)
