The turtle crossed the road to take the risk, because once you take the risk you get rid of your fear. You become stronger and fearless. You will recognize opportunities that you could not see before.
I actually came across a turtle in the Everglades that was crossing the road. I was on the road/trail down at Shark Valley riding my bicycle. I happened to look down and I saw the little guy by the side of the road. He was maybe 2 inches long. After a while of looking at him. He decided he had enough and took off like rocket to the other side of the road and into the water.
Like a rocket ?? that mean mofos be fooling us by walking slow ..damn
lol yeah! Those little buggers can move it when they want to.

He self-identified as a chicken and was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Crossing the road wasn't intentional. It was just part of the process of new age thinking that all the younger, progressive turtles are part of.
To get to the shell station?
I think his aim was to go somewhere
