Squid's such a special food. I'll always remember my first day when I moved to Athens. I went shopping and included a tin of squid in my trolley. It was the last thing I ate as I left the country.

I'd been putting it off and putting it off. And then there was the fact the way i cooked it certainly didn't do it justice. I've eaten it prepared much better quite a few times since. Octopus and cuttlefish are great, too.
