I appreciate you taking the time to read my post and comment. I am just trying to share my own perspective as a human being - and frankly I too have mixed feelings about the media coverage that spiked a couple of years ago. In many ways things were simpler before then. I do not ask that anyone understand me - let alone the community that circumstances of my birth chose for me - only that we base our interactions on mutual respect, as I gather you agree!
of course :-) I'm just a shoot from the hip kinda guy, maybe even child like in honesty and interests.
For instance, a good friend of mine, after his wife passed away came out of his closet. Claimed to feeling like woman and even considering getting a sex change, and being a lesbian ?
thus marrying his childhood sweetheart. and yes she knew, and tolerated his cross dressing.
Ok cool....but don't cut your penis off dude, you WILL miss it hehe.
But if you do, I'm going to need to see the results :-)
To date he hasn't, just went a little Tattoo and piercing crazy hehe
I can't say I really understand or relate to even a fraction of my "community" - but to each their own!
