Although running physically will make you tired, but running can improve physical and spiritual health such as improving sleep quality, relieving stress, reducing depression and calming the mind. Running / jogging makes you forget about life's problems for a while and keeps you excited about running your daily activities, this can be a powerful motivator to keep on running.
