Emotions are our instrument of internal guidance the most precious: they are the direction of our heart and our spirit in the face of what we live.
By learning to listen, it opens to our desires, it opens to the personal evolution, it reconnects deeply to who we are.
That is, you want to be happy? Realize your dreams? Express your wishes?
We are all in this quest to go well, in a search to manifest a life that we like.
Yes but that is, sometimes it will not do well, or so we will not totally well. Sometimes we do not have the energy to our projects. Sometimes they do not know in what direction to go. Sometimes the emotions that one lives are overwhelming, and prevent us from moving forward.
What to do with these paradoxes? How to use positively?
How to find the meaning and the spirit to create a DREAM LIFE?
How to Guide thanks to our emotions?
Emotions are a key to understanding of self invaluable.
That is what I propose to address in this article!
The emotions, what is it ?

An emotion is a sensation that is felt in our body. It is a signal to the emotional body, which seeks to show us a particular information vis-à-vis the current situation.
It is a message that is issued, of self to itself.
In fact, we feel emotions all the time. They are more or less intense, and more or less visible.
The emotions of the more common can be:
- joy, peace, love, appeasement, …
- the fear, the anguish, the sadness, hopelessness, anger, hatred, resentment, …
the emotions are felt in our body.
Very often think have physical pain while this are only emotions that seeking to make see.
The belly, the heart, the throat, the head, are as many places likely to host of emotions.
Each emotion appears in a separate manner.
For example:
The fear appears at the level of the chakra of the heart and the throat,
the anxiety can be felt at the level of the belly,
the anger shows at the level of the throat, and the lower abdomen,
sadness is felt on the heart and the throat.
The emotion is a sensation that is felt in the body.
It is a response and a reaction to external events: it shows us how is it that we saw the things.
Emotions are a kind of internal leds which aim to give us information on US-same.
The thought and the emotion
in fact, behind each emotion is hiding one or several thoughts.
The emotion is the manifestation of "what report do I have with this thought": it gives us the sensitive interpretation of the thought. It is to say that we feel the or thoughts directly in our body, and we can then know if these thoughts we are good or not.
It is a signal which does not deceive because the emotion always told the truth!
Therefore in fact, when there is an event in our life, was born spontaneously in us a particular position:
- We believe some thoughts: We appreciate, gauge, deem, draw conclusions, do links, analogies, we recall of memories…
- If the thoughts are aligned with our desires, then the emotion that springs will be pleasant.
- If the thoughts go against our desires, then the emotion will be unpleasant.
- It is as simple as that:
The emotion is there for us to show to what point our thoughts are aligned with our happiness.
If our thoughts serve our evolution and our expansion, then we will feel good. On the contrary if our thoughts go in the opposite direction, we will feel bad.
Why certain emotions are so intense
the intensity of the emotions felt is directly related to the adequacy (or the gap) between what I screws, and what I wish to live.
But also, when certain situations resonate with situations not resolved past, then an old injury can wake up.
The injuries which are not cured wake up when it observes of the components more or less close to the event root.
In fact, some events in life are not easy to live. Sometimes it is done in the face of things that are larger than us.
It happens that we do not have the resources necessary to fully integrate the emotions that arise.
The event is then lived partially, and certain emotions are concealed. They are stored in the subconscious, which the recall later for the "solve".
Traumas are an example of these situations. However, all situations can be experienced as a trauma. Especially when it is a child, for example.
The situations of the past that have not been fully integrated create a emotional bubble:
it will be awakened each time that a similar situation (or just some aspects) will be present. The aim being to integrate the emotions in order to release the internal voltage, and finally to change the automatic mechanism of observation to regain our freedom.
To summarize:
the emotions that arise may be of an intensity disproportionate in relation to the event that triggered them.
This is normal: this is due to the fact that some of the injuries and emotional bubbles unresolved can wake up by resonance effect.
Hence the importance of being aware of and to listen to what is happening in itself.
The simple fact to take conscience of these mechanisms and reactions already allows for a change.
Understand the message behind the emotions
behind each emotion is located a message.
In reality the message this behind an Emotion is always the same: it is a need and a desire, a desire.
This message can then be colored by all the possible range of emotions, depending on the way in which we observed the realization of our desire.
A small example to illustrate:
I am a child. I want to play with great people to a game of society.
The adults do not offer me not and ignore me.
I am angry.
I want to adults because they ignore me. The anger shows me that I have the impression that we do not respect my limits.
In fact, I think and I believe that the other can be responsible for my well-being.
The desire behind this is: I wish that we respects me.
Taking conscience of this, the Anger dissipates.
Leaves place of sadness.
I do not feel considered, and it awakens in me an injury of value. I have the impression that if we do m not prompt, it is that I do not have a value.
The situation has awakened this belief which is located in me.
The desire behind this is: I wish that we consider my value. In other words, I would like to be aware of my value…
The Sadness shows me that I have the impression that we do not consider my value.
Taking conscience of this, the sadness dissipates.
The Emotions delivers a message which is totally unique. Every situation and every individual finds behind his emotions a message totally adapted to itself.
In fact, each time that an emotion arises in us, it gives us information on:
- the desire which is behind (What is I want?)
- our report to this desire (the thoughts and think, beliefs that one has, the limits and packaging that is hang up)
the manner in which the desire is reflected, that is to say our report to a specific desire, is:
- either in Alignment: I am aligned with this desire / It seems to me possible / I The authorised: the emotion is positive.
- Either in misalignment: I am misaligned with this desire / It appears to me impossible / I do not allow: The emotion is negative.
The emotion is a message of reaction. Desires, needs and envy are the intentions which are the source.
The emotions are polarized and their intensity can vary: they can be either negative or positive. Their characteristic will allow us to know what report we maintain with the desire which is located behind.
Find the path of happiness through the emotions
when it is attentive to his emotions, it is easy for us to recognize its path of life and of the follow: it is enough to listen to.
We have all the answers to the interior.
Accept to live your emotions, because it is the emotions are the colors of life.
Agree to express your emotions because behind are located cravings.
Integrate the meaning which is located behind your emotions.
Say what you really want.
It may be useful to:
- feel the effects and know how to identify the emotions,
- recognize the desire, the desire or the need behind,
- heal the wounds and the structures which are reactivated by resonance,
- say clearly, and in a positive way, our desires/desires/Needs
The life is made for us to evolve.
Each situation is the opportunity to know us better and better know what we want.
We have the capacity to take conscience of the behaviors that are activated in an automatic way, in order to change.
We have the possibility, to each experience, to better understand and affirm what we want.
