Who comes to your home?

And more to the point, do you trust them?

Stolen dog returned

A Schnauzer puppy named Wilma was taken right after a household look delivery of dog food from Amazon. The family noticed she'd gone missing and it doesn't say how they know the culprit was the delivery driver, but being unable to contact Amazon, they emailed Jeff Bezos.

Not this dog.

Jeff seems to have saved the day. The driver was traced, located and the pup-napped Wilma was found, safe and well.

Then there's THIS family who are 'scared' by their delivery driver.

'Scared to answer the door because he left'... pause for dramatic music...

DOUBLE EXCLAMATION MARKS ON THE NOTE! - How sinister!

In reality, I don't particularly like going to the front door after dark, which is why we have security lights with PIR motion detectors.

Although, having a good neighbour system is as good - my neighbour heard his metal gates in the middle of the night and looked out. He saw some thieving scumbag trying the doors of his van and he got dressed and followed at a distance. The would-be thief tried lots of car doors but got scared off from my car as the security lights came on (we checked on CCTV after the neighbour told us).

The neighbour is a builder and he followed the would-be thief went down one path and as he came back, head down, he didn't notice the neighbour waiting for him. He stopped, looked up and grinned - possibly thinking the neighbour was on his own thieving mission.

My neighbour asked him what he was doing and got no sense from him.

Maybe a few punches will make sure the thieving scumbag remembers which street not to try his luck on next time.
