Tipping Point and my 2nd Interview!

in #life7 years ago

I saw a post in my Facebook about how California government is introducing new strict laws that prohibit animal farmers from all kinds of cruelty practice to animal. So I made a comment about how it is not strict enough. In Rishikesh, India the entire city are vegetarian.

Some debates begin to happen saying that the idea of Veganism will take forever to become mainstream. Here is the exact quote "Let’s be honest it’s going to be a long long fight to get everyone to go vegan."

I must disagree with that idea. It's like in the 60 somebody saying, we can never get rid of cigarettes. Veganism is about reaching the tipping point of 10%. Something dramatic is about to happen! Bill Gates invested in Beyond Burger. Amazon bought Whole Food. James Cameron releasing new film "The Game Changer". Meat eating will become cigarette smoking of today. 100% vegan city, neighborhood are going to pop up everywhere on this planet. You and I will live to see it!

This chart shows that once you reach the important 10% tipping point, something dramatic will happen and in very short time a revolution will happen.

Over 75% of people are fat, it is really not our fault. Our environment made us fat. Imagine if we were born 200 years ago, all the food available at that time would be whole food. We would naturally be lean and healthy. Look at any grocery store, we see a tone of processed food.

We shouldn't lose our mind in order to lose weight. We should rather understand the cause and the result.

Naturally, we need to eat to survive. And each day, we eat between 4 to 6 pounds. 6 pounds of plant-based whole food, we will be getting around 2000 to 3000 calorie, which is about the right amount. But when we introduce high density calorie food, problems begin to occour. We are reaching 4000 or 5000 calorie.

It's very important we stay within plant-based whole food to prevent over calorie. Cutting out processed food is also essential for curing food addiction, obiesty and all the modern day problems.

The solution is to eat plant strong whole food. Cutting out animal products, processed food, and processed oil, salt, sugar.

Refined oil, salt, and sugar causing us to over eat. A lot of dairy products contain large amount of fat and are highly processed and highly addictive. Cutting them out is definiteely nesessary.

We should eat as much potato as we want. But we shouldn't eat potato chips.

High calorie food put us into the "Enhance pleasured zone". So that we don't want to eat salads or fruits anymore. Simple solution is to use fasting to cure our food addiction. Fasting will reset our system and put us into sub-normal pleasure zone. Once the fasting is complete, vegetable and fruits will begin to taste good again. And we should stay that way and refrain from getting into high calorie food again. This way, our brain complete rewire and complete reprogramed.

Finally, I want to mention about my 2nd Interview today. It was a tough one with many difficult questions. Two hiring managers keep asking questions to dig into my brain. I did my best handling every question and hopefully good things could happen.
