Do we use up to 10% of out brain?

In Hollywood, this is always their favorite concept of psedoscience. In their movies, humans only make use of not more than 1% of the brain power and the believed that any one who could unlock other parts f the brain and use them will have infinte extar ordinary mental ability.

In Phenomenom(1996), John Travolta gains ability to predict earthquakes and learn foreign language quickly.

In Lucy(2014), Scarlett Johansson becomes an 'omnipresent', she could perform intriguing martial combantry.

I'm Limitless (2011), Bradley Cooper wrote a novel overnight.

In one survey, 65% of respondents agreed with the statement: "People use only 10% of their brain" But the truth is that we use all of our brain all the time.
