Have you read Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules For Life? If you don't have access to the book, you can have a grasp of it by watching Youtube videos.
Start with little steps, stop blaming the people around you. There is something you can do to get out of that situation, even if it is something very small like putting your own bedroom in order, then writing a curriculum that makes sense, sticking to the basic abilities you have. You probably have some knowledge of computers that should be useful for small companies around you. I have found that Google Sheets can be extremely useful in making things more efficient. Reach out to a company, saying that you want a chance to show that you can add value to their needs. Focus on the employer's needs, not yours. Do not talk of your needs, they do not matter for other people, everyone is only worried about what they want. In a week of actual effort, you will find something useful you can do for that person. Then you can discuss payment.
Once you have that nailed, do not rest on your laurels. Remember this forever: YOUR JOB IS TO GET A BETTER JOB. Once you get something nice going, start working on getting something better. It will be much easier to get a better job once you already have a job in your pocket.
Focus on other people's needs and you will succeed, that's something very few people do, and it is a very well-rewarded ability to have.
Good luck.
Thank you
