Most of us browse in google and YouTube for searching how to make our day beautiful. There is so many tips and so many ways. But scientifically the most beneficial and proven way to make your day beautiful is a quality night sleep.
There is no alternative of sleep. Quality sleep has so many beneficial effect on our body and mind.
1. Wiping out unnecessary memories:
Most of the time our brain always gets busy with unnecessary thoughts and memories. It is very important to delete. If brain can't delete these thoughts, we can't focus on important things in our life. To wipe out these thoughts, we should get a quality sleep. Because it can't be delete consciously putting force. When we sleep our brain automatically recycle these thoughts. For these reason, when we are facing depression our sleep quota increases.
2. Healing mental and physical pain:
When we get down into deep sleep, our endocrine system gets active. This system search for pain in body and mind in alpha brainwave. Automatic healing is not possible when we get active and muscles are working.

There are so many things that is the concern of our brain and mind though it is not so much importance in our daily life. But subconscious mind like to think about it. And when we dive into deep sleep and muscles become relaxed, our automatic process beacome active and solve those cases.

3. Let you mind to be openly flawiing:
Don't judge and remind of anything while you are lying on the bed. Let your mind be flawn. We will notice when you are diving into deeper.
4. Writing journal in the notepad:
After lying on the bed, open your notepad app and write anything what is happening on your head. This will tends to deep sleep.
